A new world of dining
In 1987 Verral Marshall visited St. Kitts and was smitten. He visited each year until 1992 when he accepted a position as personal chef to a local businessman. In December 1996 he opened Horizon’s Poolside Café. In time he changed the name to Marshall’s to reflect his personal touch.
Marshall’s is the premier dining experience in St. Kitts. For the past twenty five years, this internationally trained chef, manager and proprietor, has excited and satisfied the palates of visitors and locals at his restaurant which overlooks the tranquil Caribbean Sea from atop Fort Tyson in Frigate Bay.
